How to use PETSMILE toothpaste
First, place a pearl-sized drop on a pet toothbrush. Lift the lip gently and brush the outer tooth surfaces with small motions. Next, move toward the back teeth and gum line without forcing the mouth open. Follow the pack direction to use the paste once or twice daily.
If your pet will not accept a brush, apply the same amount to the teeth and let the tongue spread it. However, brushing adds useful physical cleaning. Start with short sessions, praise calm behaviour and build the routine at your pet’s pace.
Dental care and safety
Home care can help manage soft plaque, but it cannot remove hard tartar or replace a vet dental check. Ask a vet about bleeding or swollen gums, loose teeth, mouth pain, drooling, bad breath that does not go away or trouble eating. Also, use pet toothpaste only because human toothpaste can contain ingredients that pets should not swallow.
Store the tube in a dry place at room temperature. Keep it closed and out of reach of pets and children between uses.
