Pets Area deliver across the country! If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your city, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team – we’re happy to assist. By default, all deliveries are designated as “authority to leave,” meaning the courier will either leave your package in a secure location or, if sent via Australia Post, take it to a nearby post office if no one is home.

To minimize costs, our delivery partners aim to deliver your entire order in a single shipment. This means that the delivery time for your order will align with the item that has the longest delivery timeframe.

All items on backorder will be delivered as soon as they become available.

Heavy / Bulky Item Policy

The following products may incur additional shipping fees:

Remote Area Policy

Some regional and remote postcodes in WA and TAS may not qualify for free shipping.

If your delivery address falls within a remote zone, additional freight charges may apply based on carrier rates.

Our team will contact you before dispatch if any extra charges are required.

If no one at home on the scheduled delivery date

The couriers will leave your parcel at safe place as default by couriers if delivery cannot be completed. You can contact the courier directly to arrange a new delivery or, alternatively, collect your package from their depot (subject to the courier’s policy).
