PET PROFILE
Keep the details you want to remember together.
A pet’s name is easy to remember. The small shopping details can be easier to lose track of. Pet Profile gives your own notes a place in the app, so you can keep the information you want to refer to when browsing.
What you can record
Add a pet name and choose dog, cat or other. You can also enter an optional birth month and your food preferences or ingredients you avoid. Use the editing form to update those details as your notes change.
For example, a note about an ingredient you prefer to avoid can remind you what to look for when reading a product. These are your shopping notes: always check the product’s full ingredients, directions and suitability for your pet.
COMPARE PRODUCTS
Two or three options? Look at the listed details together.
When a couple of products are on your shortlist, Compare brings their store-listed information into one place. You can compare two or three products, including their selected options, rather than relying on a product name alone.
- Open a product. For a product with options, choose the exact option you want to consider.
- Add it to Compare. Do the same for another product or option; the comparison holds up to three.
- Read across the available details. Compare pack quantities and listed ingredients. Where unit prices appear, check their weight or volume basis.
- Open the product for the full information. Use the comparison to organise your choices, then read the product page before deciding.
Information that is not listed is shown as unknown. Compare presents available information to help you browse; it does not decide which food is suitable for your pet.

Download Pets Area from Google Play, then choose what would help you today: search for a product, record a pet’s shopping notes, or compare two options. If you already shop with Pets Area, use your existing account to sign in.
When you are ready to shop, select the current product options and review your app cart before checkout. App and website carts are separate. Prices, stock, delivery options and checkout totals apply as shown for your order.

Where can I download Pets Area?
The Android app is available on Google Play. The iPhone app is coming soon.
Can I use my existing Pets Area account?
Yes. Sign in using your existing customer account. You can also create an account through the app if you are new to Pets Area.
What can I put in Pet Profile?
A pet name and type, plus an optional birth month and food preferences or ingredients you avoid. Keep these as personal shopping notes and check product ingredients and suitability separately.
Why does Compare show “unknown”?
That information is not listed in the store’s available product details. Open the product for its full information; an unknown field should not be treated as a suitability or ingredient claim.
Will my website cart appear in the app?
App and website carts are separate. Review the products, selected options and quantities in the cart you are using before checkout.
