Pets Area delivers Australia-wide! For city-specific shipping inquiries, contact our customer service team. Deliveries are set as “authority to leave,” meaning couriers will leave packages in a secure location or at a nearby post office if no one is home.

Placing an Order with Multiple Items To minimize costs, our delivery partners aim to deliver your entire order in a single shipment, meaning the delivery time will align with the item that has the longest delivery timeframe.

At Pets Area, we ensure customer satisfaction with a clear return policy. Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Perishable goods and personalized products are excluded.
