Small size and neck fit
Current Australian KONG sizing references list the Small collar for a neck circumference of approximately 18–30cm, or about 7–12in. However, the measurement is only a guide. Measure the broadest part of the dog’s neck, leave enough room for two fingers and confirm that the fitted collar extends far enough to limit access to the affected area.
If the dog is between sizes or has long limbs, consider the next size up. Then check the fit while the dog stands, sits, lies down, eats and drinks. Some wound locations or flexible dogs may still require a different recovery device. Therefore, follow the veterinarian’s instructions and do not rely on an inflatable collar as a guaranteed barrier.

Setup, use and care
Insert the dog’s everyday collar through the inner loops. Pinch the air valve and inflate the Cloud Collar until it feels full but not hard. Fasten the everyday collar, close the hook-and-loop strap and supervise the dog during initial use. Check the skin and neck regularly for rubbing, pressure or moisture.
Inspect the inflatable core, seams and strap before each use, and stop using the collar if it leaks, tears or no longer holds a safe fit. KONG describes the collar as machine washable; follow the current care label and preparation directions, and allow every component to dry fully before reuse. This product is not a flotation device and does not replace veterinary treatment, wound care or activity restrictions.
