Delete your Pets Area App account
You can request permanent deletion of your Pets Area customer account and the personal data associated with the Pets Area App. If you can sign in to the App, open Account → Delete account. If you cannot access the App, use the verified email request form below.
Request deletion of your Pets Area App account
Enter the email address connected to your Pets Area customer account. We will send a verification link before processing the request.
Eligible account data will be erased. Order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention or other records may be retained where required by law. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

What happens next
- We verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
- Pets Area App sessions and the App cart are removed.
- Your customer account is deleted when the privacy-erasure process is complete.
- Order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention and other transaction records may be retained or anonymised where Australian law or legitimate business obligations require it.
